Sorry, guys, I need to vent because for some reason batcave.net has elected to replace ALL of my images with a lovely, obnoxious smiley icon, thereby messing up my forum avatar, the images I posted in the character picture thread, an alternate version of a picture I linked to on my DevArt page... AND I HAVE NO FECKING CLUE WHY. >((( DFdFJKFJSKFJKEFOl,clmdkfkmSKFJD. Um, if anyone has any idea what it could be, I'd be eternally grateful. If not, just ignore me frothing and stomping and flailing around over here. XD; Maybe it'll fix itself. There was some random downtime last night...maybe that has something to do with it. Stupid smilies.

Odd. I know some sites do that if you're stealing their bandwidth.. but if you can upload your own pictures there, that isn't the case. Maybe the site was hacked or something? Or you've exceded your own bandwidth usage and instead of the picture not showing up.. or an image saying that you've exceded your bandwidth, they show that scary winking face instead? XD

It scared me too when I logged on and saw it winking lecherously at me! ;.; ...But yeah. I'm supposed to get almost five gigs' worth of bandwidth a day, and when I checked my account status it was at a grand total of 0.0%. So I don't think it's that, unless it's all false advertising. :/ The support forums have been unhelpful too, so far. If they WERE hacked, they're being very quiet about it.

Well. Apparently they had to do something to prevent hotlinking--even of 100x100 images--because a bunch of STUPID people were hotlinking movies and such and, I guess, bogging the servers down. I hate those people. I don't even KNOW them, and I hate them. >.<

I'd suggest opening an account at Photobucket. Last I checked, it was free, and it shouldn't give you any problems.

imageshack.us is my photo storage place of choice. No space limits, and bandwidth allowances are pretty high.

I'm looking at Imageshack now, because Photobucket always seems very laggy on my computer. Danke, guys.
