We had another thread like this, but it was old and no one posted in it. Since we're getting ready to re-open, I thought I'd refresh it just in case people were afraid of posting in a year old thread. XD Post your TP ideas here! Could we maybe get something happening between Kivuli and Mbaamwezi? I see a lot of people connected all the time, set to LRP and just... idling. Others ask on pubchan if there's anybody interested in playing and the response is usually just silence.
I can't help but feel if there was something for us to do (besides chance meetings), this wouldn't necessarily be the case. Could the Gwazli(sp?) plot be revived with Tilyn's new group?

I'm not stopping people from coming up with TPs. I used to have a file of little plot ideas around here somewhere.. I'll have to see if I can find it. The pride/group leaders should be brainstorming plots, and player suggestions for TPs are always welcome. I can't do everything all the time, y'know.  |

WELL, let's see. Tyne's been doing REALLY well lately in terms of group RPs. The last huge one we had was the coronation, but things have been rolling pretty well since then. Waset and Elimnyama are currently in Kura Visum seeking some healers because Waset's gone into labor way too early. They'll soon have to start making their way back to Tyne -- so if anybody in the Forgotten Lands wants to a) meet up in neutral territory and come into Tyne along with them or b) terrorize the royal family when they're away from home and have 5 defenseless newborns, feel free to do so. XD
AND we're trying to encourage more RP among the wild dog members of the Asasabonsam pack. They're currently hanging out in the Forgotten Lands (maybe THEY could terrorize Waset and Elim? XD), regrouping after the plague and plotting and scheming ways to get more food and power for themselves. New members are ALWAYS welcome, just talk to me (or Razakal, my alt) or Ouida (or Lutalo, HER alt XD)!

Well Aitan is currently alone in Tyne... Elim, Waset and Ukomobasi have all hightailed it to Kivuli for their respective litters... so there are few adults keeping watch in the lands. Perhaps we could set up something while they're gone?

Hmm... Well, I'm still trying to work out just /how/ we're going to handle this with the Asasabonsam beta competition... it's going to be rough based on Velaera's connection times. :/ I'm doubtful we'll ever find a moment, planned or not, when you, Safiye, Velaera, AND me are all on at the same time, but I'll keep you updated as to what's being decided!
If anyone else (Sostrate, maybe?) wants to try a hand at causing trouble in Tyne, speak up!

Sostrate isn't really 'trouble making' besides I haven't RPed with ....... anyone but one person from the group so far.
BUT they could stop by. I think a group made up of fully males would freak anyone out with just Aitan around and most of their adults in Kivuli, them being nice or not. lol.

My plan for the Sostrate wasn't for them to be 'evil' or 'bad' even if some of their members may or could possibly show these qualities. So idk what they could do pertaining to the Gwazli plot. |

XDD <3 When I ran my militaristic coalition back on ER, General Shetani actively worked to turn prides against each other and profit from the ensuing conflict by hiring his group out as mercenaries - sometimes to both sides. It was sneaky, but it was fun, and it worked. I dunno if the Sostrate would be up for something like that. It's really difficult to get a neutral group involved in conflict when there isn't any; what we really need are more lions/lionesses in Zira's pride to get things going. (I'm not sure when the cubs are set to age up to adolescents, due to the downtime Sunrise had all winter, but that would definitely help.) |

well we cant do anything anyway when I'm the only one getting on. I don't care. if you guys have a great TP idea then run it by me, more then likely I'll say ok. they're just sitting there anyway.

Children, are we forgetting that we DO have an evil group who might be up for causing trouble.. so that we don't have to force Sostrate to do something that they wouldn't really do (not that we'd honestly force them.. honorable warriors is a spiffy idea and we don't need to be turning that group into another random bad guy group just because).

I thought the dogs were already being discussed/arranging dates? As Elimnyama pointed out, it's really difficult for them to get involved in anything right now due to mismatching schedules. I'd love to see some more Mbaamwezi action, myself. |
