"Never smell the inside of a hat." - Fortune Cookie I got with my last order of Chinese. XD
"Curse those Evil Octopi!" - Genma, Ranma 1/2 movie 2.
"Why is he -purple-?!?" - Hercules(?), H:TLJ
"Weird." "Creepy." - Sam and Max hit the road
"Oooh, she's so -evil-!" - My sister and I, talking about JK Rowling. ;>
..And I can't think of anymore that I use somewhat-regularly, off the top of my head. XD
Not too inspirational, but eh. ;>

.. I don't know who said any of 'em, or even where I found 'em -- but these are just a bunch of quotes that I had saved in a text file.
"Love is a fire. But whether it is going to warm your heart or burn down your house, you can never tell."
"Is fuel efficiency really what we need most desperately? I say what we really need is a car that can be shot when it breaks down."
"What we anticipate seldom occurs: but what we least expect generally happens."
"A friend is one who knows us, but loves us anyway."
"The greatest pleasure in life is doing what people say you cannot do."
"Rest is not idleness, and to lie sometimes on the grass on a summer day listening to the murmur of water, or watching the clouds float across the sky, is hardly a waste of time."
"Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced."
"The only way to amuse some people is to slip and fall on icy pavement."
And these are my favorites:
"To love is to suffer. To avoid suffering, one must not love. But then one suffers from not loving. Therefore, to love is to suffer; not to love is to suffer; to suffer is to suffer. To be happy is to love. To be happy, then, is to suffer, but suffering makes one unhappy. Therefore, to be happy, one must love or love to suffer or suffer from too much happiness."
"I may be drunk now .. but in the morning, I will be sober and you will still be ugly."
"My dad always used to tell me that if someone challenges you to an after-school fight, tell them you won't wait -- you can kick their donkey right now."

Yunalesca drove me nuts. >.< Although it wasn't even the fight that did it, it was the fact that I had to sit through that effing CUTSCENE every time I had to start over. You should've been able to skip over them; it saved me a LOT of headaches when I played Xenosaga.

Final Fantasy X, Annie. And it's been so long since I played that I can't remember how I finally beat her. x.x There was a lot of cursing and cajoling and zombiefying involved, though, I remember that. Actually, I really hated fighting some of the bosses in that game, now that I think about it. Seymour Flux, anyone?

Also, as long as we're on the subject of video games, I hatehateHATE the Bottom of the Well mini-dungeon and the Shadow Temple in OoT. I got the Lens of Truth five minutes ago and my spine is STILL all crawly from the music down there. >.< I'm probably going to have a heart attack and die of fright if Twilight Princess has any similar levels. Gnaaah.

*only about a day late*
My favourite quotes off the top of my head:
"There are no perfect men in this world - only perfect intentions."
"Never trust the future, never miss the past. If you live for the shining moment, the moment may just last."
"If we don't have Planet Earth, we won't have anywhere to live. Mercury is too hot, Mars is too cold and the stars are too little."
"Carnivores, OY."
